Although the update is major, no special innovations are expected
Dell has revealed the release date for the next big update to Windows 11 – Windows 11 24H1, also known as Moment 5. The release will take place in April, and this build will include a driver for Wi-Fi 7 adapters from Intel. Considering that Dell is a long-time partner of both Microsoft and Intel, it is not surprising that the company is focusing on this feature.
In fact, although the Windows 11 24H1 update will be large, there will be few innovations in it: according to preliminary data, Microsoft in Moment 5 will focus on targeted improvements and optimizations. For example, several branded applications will be updated, including «Notepad» (a character counter will appear in it).
