The Yandex team announced the launch of a new function for users of «Yandex Delivery». Now leave a non-cash tip to the courier in the «Yandex Go» app. not only those users who created the delivery order can do so.
Tips can also be left by senders and recipients of parcels, even if they did not arrange the delivery themselves. This became possible thanks to the integration of the service with «Yandex Tips».
After completing an order, users can rate the quality of delivery and leave a tip. The courier will be credited with the full tip amount without commission.
According to «Yandex Delivery» for November 2023, tips are most often left by service users from Moscow, Tver, Yaroslavl, Kursk and Sochi. The maximum amount of non-cash tips for one completed order was recorded in Tver and amounted to 1,500 rubles.
