It looks like a tiny Cybertruck, but is actually a mini PC. Such a device was shown by Jumper Tech

Without specifying any parameters

The Jumper Tech company showed a mini-P in the design of the Tesla Cybertruck. This is not just stylization, since the design is consistent even in the smallest details. 

There are no specifications, and the OEM/ODM mark indicates that, apparently, the manufacturer is ready to produce such PCs to order for other brands. 

But you can already see from the images that the doors of the car open, and the ports are hidden under the rear bumper. As for the dimensions, they can be estimated from the photo of the mini-PC next to the laptop. 

Whether such PCs will eventually appear on the market is still unclear.
