An insider, known on the Weibo social network under the nickname Digital Chat Station, reported that the new generation flagships built on Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will receive batteries with increased capacity — 5700, 6000 and even 6500 mAh. But Samsung will go its own way.·
According to the Dutch resource GalaxyClub, the battery capacity of the Galaxy S25 will be the same 4000 mAh as the Galaxy S24. And although Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, due to improvements in microarchitecture and technological process, should be more energy efficient than Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, you can’t count on a noticeable increase in the autonomy of the Galaxy S25 compared to the Galaxy S24.
