Anti-rating from Whatcar.com and MotorEasy
The British publication Whatcar.com and the insurance company MotorEasy conducted a survey among 21,732 motorists and compiled an anti-rating of the most expensive cars to maintain with a mileage of up to five years. The rating is interesting because all these models are available on the Russian market.
BMW 3-Series (2019 — present) tops the rating; a third of owners encountered various problems in the first couple of years. More than half paid around £1,500 for repairs at service centres.
A quarter of Audi A1 owners complained of problems with the car, with between £310 and £1,500 spent on repairs. Third place went to the Audi A3, with 40% having problems within a couple of years.
This anti-rating also includes:
- Kia EV6 (2021 — present);
- Mercedes E-Class (2016–2024);
- Range Rover Evoque (2019 — present);
- Mercedes A-Class (2018 — present);
- Audi Q5 (2018 — present);
- Hyundai Ioniq 5 (2021 — present);
- Volkswagen Golf (2020 — present).
