The purchase of such vehicles by special services (FSO, FSB, Foreign Intelligence Service and a number of others) does not contradict the law, but this is rather an exception: now Russian departments are switching to domestic and Chinese cars.

The vehicle's armor corresponds to class VR10: protection against bursts from a Kalashnikov assault rifle and shots from an SVD sniper rifle with armor-piercing bullets.
