PC gamers, after data leaks from the Insomniac Games studio, have access to a fully playable version of the next Insomniac Games game. While its release is planned only for 2026.
This is far from the final version, but players can wander through locations, fight enemies, and poke around for secrets in the production code.
Journalist Tom Henderson commented on what was happening:
“It looks like a fully playable version of Wolverine is already online. I would caution against downloading it if the opportunity arises.”
Some are making fun of the situation, noting that PC gamers have the opportunity to be the first to touch the PlayStation exclusive.
- “I never thought PlayStation games would be available on PC before they came out on PS5.”
- “Temporary exclusive on PC.”
Insomniac Games and Sony have not yet commented on the situation. It's hard to say whether the developers and publisher can react somehow now.
