5-meter all-wheel drive SUV Hongqi HS7, which is already sold in Russia, will soon become available in new hybrid versions. In China, prices will range from 35 to 46 thousand dollars.
Photos of the new product were published on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. The hybrid version of the Hongqi HS7 is similar to the petrol version. The front fascia uses a large grille and familiar headlights. The rear of the car has a classic design and the same lights. At the same time, the lower part is decorated with four exhaust pipes. Overall dimensions are 4995 x 1960 x 1760 mm with a wheelbase of 2920 mm, which corresponds to the fuel version. The hybrid version will receive a corresponding badge on the trunk lid.
The petrol-electric hybrid model is equipped with a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine with a maximum power of 120 kW, Zhengli New Energy triple lithium battery and will provide a maximum speed of 180 km/h. Buyers will be offered regular and plug-in hybrids.
Sales in China should begin this spring.
