The Chinese Ministry of Industry published live photos and characteristics of the new large Geely minivan. LEVC Xspace – This is a truly large minivan: its length is 10 cm longer than the Zeekr 009, which, in turn, is about 20 cm longer than the Toyota Alphard.
Even before the Ministry of Industry of the People's Republic of China published the details, LEVC Xspace was noticed at the Geely plant in China: the car was captured during a visit to the enterprise by the leadership of Zhejiang Province. Users of the social network Weibo drew attention to the large car, and the vice president of Geely Holding Group wrote on Weibo: «Looking forward to the super large pure electric minivan Super MEGA& raquo;.
What is the super mega minivan LEVC Xspace? This is a pure electric car built on the SOA platform – This is Geely's largest platform and is designed to create electric commercial vehicles.
The dimensions of the super megaminivan are 5316 x 1998 x 1940 mm with a wheelbase length of 3185 mm. Planting formula – 2+2+2+2, that is, there are four rows, each of which can accommodate two people. On the first, second and third rows there are separate seats, on the fourth – a sofa for two, which, if necessary, can be hidden in a niche in the trunk. However, LEVC Xspace will also have a particularly comfortable 6-seater version. The curb weight of the vehicle is 2805 kg.
LEVC Xspace is certified so far with one electric motor with a capacity of 272 hp. (it will apparently be on the rear axle), maximum speed – 170 km/h
We need to explain what LEVC is. This is a British brand bought by Geely in 2012. Now British cabs are produced under this brand – LEVC TX, and in two versions: purely electric and hybrid. Logically, LEVC Xspace is aimed at the European market, but it will obviously be sold in China.
