Processors expected at the end of the third quarter

The DigiTimes resource reports that TSMC has begun mass production of Intel Lunar Lake processors.

Apparently, laptops based on these CPUs will appear at the end of the third quarter, and Arrow Lake CPUs will hit the market in the fourth quarter.

Recall that Lunar Lake, among other things, are the first Intel Core processors that will be produced entirely by a contract manufacturer. In this case TSMC. At the same time, there was previously data that Intel would use its Intel 18A process technology for Lunar Lake, but it is not ready yet. As a result, CPU and GPU tiles will be produced according to 3 nm standards, and SoC tiles — according to 6 nm standards.
