Exynos 2500 also called Dream Chip

According to various rumors, Samsung is working on a completely new SoC Exynos, which is allegedly called Dream Chip. Recent data suggests that the entire line of Galaxy S flagships in 2025 will be based on this very platform.

Insider Connor (OreXda), who was previously the first to report the formation of the Samsung MX department before the company's official announcement, claims that next year all Samsung Galaxy Z smartphones will rely only on Qualcomm SoC, but all models Galaxy S will receive SoC Exynos. Now it is also called Exynos 2500.

How possible this is is still unclear, but, firstly, Samsung has already returned to using Exynos in its flagships, and the Exynos 2400 itself turned out to be quite good, and secondly, if the Exynos 2500 really will created with a different approach with maximum optimization specifically for Samsung smartphones, the result can really be excellent.

By the way, the multi-year deal between Samsung and Qualcomm does not contradict this rumor, since Snapdragon SoCs will remain in the folding smartphones of the Korean giant.
