Samsung took less than a month to sell a million Galaxy S24 smartphones in the home market
Despite the fact that Samsung smartphones from the Galaxy S24 line largely repeated their predecessors and did not become as innovative as the new generation Chinese flagships, the market accepted the Korean company’s devices not just well, but very well. For example, in its home market of South Korea, it set a sales record that has stood since the launch of the Galaxy S8 series: the company sold a million Galaxy S24 in just 28 days.
Insider Ice Universe reports that in the US, sales of the Galaxy S24 have exceeded 3.2 million units — This is a new record since the Galaxy S7 series of smartphones entered the North American market. In total, in the first month, Samsung expects to sell about 10 million smartphones of the Galaxy S24 series, and it may well be that the company will succeed: at the pre-order stage, the Galaxy S24 (and especially the Galaxy S24 Ultra) became a hit in India, and in Europe there was also an increased demand. Finally, Russia will also make its contribution, where sales started earlier than in other countries.
