The Russian name was chosen for the Russian market
Sinomach Automobile has changed the name of its Oting Paladin SUV for the Russian market, where it will appear at the end of February. The new model will be released under the name «Paladin», as reported by RIA Novosti».
Previously, the manufacturer confirmed that the Oting Paladin, based on the platform of the Japanese Nissan Terra, will become the company's first SUV in Russia, which will compete with models such as the Haval H9 and Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.
The car will be equipped with a 2.0-liter Mitsubishi 4K31 gasoline turbo engine producing 228 hp. (360 Nm) and an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission, all-wheel drive with three differential locking modes.
Basic «Deluxe» includes halogen headlights, an analogue instrument panel with a 3.5-inch on-board computer display, a multimedia system with a 10-inch display, 18-inch alloy wheels, eco-leather upholstery in black and brown, two airbags and a basic set of driver electronics assistants Version «Premium» equipped with LED headlights, genuine leather in brown and beige in the interior, as well as electrically adjustable front seats.
Version «Intelligence» received side airbags, an expanded set of driver assistants with adaptive cruise control, a 7-inch digital instrument panel and a 12-inch central screen. Older version «Prestige» received additional front parking sensors and other options.
