One of the fastest SSDs with PCIe 4.0. Seagate introduced the BarraCuda 530 solid state drive

Seagate has introduced the BarraCuda 530 SSD. This is a PCIe 4.0 model like the BarraCuda 520, but much faster. 

The new product is available in versions ranging from 512 GB to 2 TB, and the read speed is stated to be 7200 MB/s in the first case and 7400 MB/s for versions of 1 and 2 TB. The write speed of the younger version is 4300 MB/s, and the older ones — 6100 and 6400 MB/s. 

All the details are not yet available. In particular, performance is unknown. But endurance is stated to be 300, 600 and 1200 TBW.  

The new SSD supports NVMe 2.0 and comes without any pronounced cooling system. Form factor — M.2 2280. 

No data on memory used, but Phison controller and 3D NAND TLC memory are expected.
