The largest manufacturer of Russian microelectronics «Mikron» confirmed that the company has found two partners to increase the level of import substitution in the production of microcircuits.
The agreement, which was signed with the Central Design Bureau «Dayton», implies that by 2027 the production of new types of plastic cases for microcircuits will be mastered.
«Our partnership will increase localization opportunities for domestic manufacturers of instruments and devices», — reported the general director of the company Gulnara Khasyanova.
Agreement with the company «M-Tech» will help «Mikron» introduce into production new domestic materials and components for assembling microcircuits into plastic cases. «M-Tech» — the only company in Russia that produces blister antistatic tapes for packaging electronic components, as well as reels for packaging electronic components for automated surface mounting.
«As part of the cooperation, it is planned to import plastic, blister tape and other materials for automated installation of crystals into cases», — added the CEO of «M-Tech» Vasily Kaso.
«Micron» launched a line for assembling microcircuits into plastic cases in March 2024, it allows the production of more than 40 different products in 10 types of cases for consumer and general industrial electronics.
