Pilot project launched in 16 regions of Russia
The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, VK and the MFC have launched a joint project, thanks to which residents of Russia will be able to receive information from the MFC through the mobile application «VK Messenger». Users will learn about the readiness of documents and the status of applications for government services, will be able to make an appointment or cancel an appointment at the MFC, share their opinion on the work of the My Documents offices, and ask questions in the chat bot.
The pilot project is being implemented in 16 Russian regions; residents of the Yaroslavl, Kaluga, Lipetsk, Kirov, Tyumen regions, St. Petersburg and the Republic of Dagestan already have access to some of the tools for interacting with the MFC. For example, since the launch of the project in April, citizens of the Lipetsk region have received more than 3 thousand notifications from the MFC, Kirov region — almost 6 thousand notifications.
In other regions the project is now going through the organizational stage. Vice President for Strategic Projects at VK Rustam Khaibullov said that the company will continue to implement a new form of interaction with the MFC at the regional level of Russia and will improve the service for those who have already successfully tested the pilot version.
