Insurance company «Ingosstrakh» analyzed data for 2023 and identified the brands of used cars whose owners most often sought compensation for losses after road accidents. The leaders of this anti-rating were Porsche, BMW, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz and Haval.
Experts from Ingosstrakh also noted that compared to 2022, the list of car parts most often damaged in accidents has not changed. The front bumper takes first place (16% of cases), followed by the windshield (14%), rear bumper (12.2%), front fender and mudguard (7.3%), and the tailgate (6.9%). %).
Among the most common risks realized under comprehensive insurance policies, the leading ones are road accidents (more than 60% of cases). Next comes damage caused by bounced or fallen objects (over 16%), damage in the parking lot (more than 10%) and illegal actions of third parties (over 4%).
