Six months after the release of Baldur's Gate 3, the technical condition of the game is still far from ideal. Larian continues to release patches and hotfixes
Recently, a major patch was released for Baldur's Gate 3, after which players identified an impressive number of problems. Larian Studios hears feedback and is preparing new patches.
Recently, hotfix No. 20 was presented for Baldur's Gate 3, which corrects various errors: from graphical glitches to the save system and interactions with some characters and game objects. Larian Studios also does not forget about the cooperative mode of the game.
Main changes and fixes of hotfix 20 for Baldur's Gate 3:
- Now, if the save does not load (i.e. it is “incorrect”), the player will be returned to the main menu, similar moments have happened before crashes.
- Fixed some problems due to which the second player in split-screen mode had a black screen for 30 seconds.
- Fixed a bug due to which it was impossible to open some containers during a trade if a character other than the one who initiated the trade was selected. This change also fixed the “cunning money exploit”. , which caused the characters to say that they were too busy to talk to the player when the player tried to start a conversation with them: “They were lying.”
- Textures in the trade tabs should be displayed correctly.
- Filters have been temporarily removed from the trading interface.
