AvtoVAZ lasted for just over a month: production of the Lada Vesta SW and SW Cross station wagons started at the very end of October, but now it has been stopped. It is unknown how many cars with this type of body were produced in a month and two weeks, but obviously not a lot.
«From December 11, AvtoVAZ will resume the assembly of Vesta cars in two shifts, but due to a shortage of components, only sedan cars will roll off the assembly line again, there will be no station wagons . This situation will apparently last until February 2024. Previously, the car plant stopped producing Granta Cross station wagon – also, presumably, until February next year», – writes the insider public Avtograd News.
Recall that earlier insiders reported that from today Lada Vesta will also be produced without airbags. And AvtoVAZ itself today presented the 1.8 EVO engine and told when mass production of Vesta with a new engine and variator will start.
