The strategy game War Hospital was originally supposed to be released at the end of 2022, but plans have changed. A new release date is now known – January 11, 2024.
The list of target platforms has not changed. This is still PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
The plot will unfold during the First World War, and players will have to manage a British medical facility located behind the front lines in France.
“Fight for life, soul and humanity in a world that has rejected them,” the developers said.
As Major Henry Wells and his team, players will help the wounded and maimed. Artillery shells fly overhead, but “in the midst of difficulties new opportunities open up,” as Albert Einstein believed.
Events will unfold in an isometric view; you will have to not only treat, but also take care of dwindling medicines and resources.
The developers of Bravo Lamb promise authenticity of the First World War era and the creation of a “micro-community of rescuers and survivors”, which involves managing not only the wounded, but also a team of doctors. The hospital can be improved using the technology tree.
“A game about war where you don’t take lives, but save them,” reads the description on Steam.
