The results of a recent study conducted by the Wazzup service indicate the following: about 41.7% of Russians spend about half an hour in bed with a smartphone in their hands before going to bed. 29.2% do this for about an hour. 18.1% watch TV, and 11.1% prefer to read a book before bed.

More than a third of respondents (36.1%) admitted that they had been hit in the face with a smartphone because they could not part with it before bed. 1.4% constantly face this problem when they hold a smartphone in front of their face and fall asleep. Therefore, 62.5% of respondents prefer to lie on their side.

48.6% of respondents fall asleep within half an hour, and 38.9% do it in a matter of minutes. 36.1% of respondents rarely dream, always — 56.9% of Russians.

The survey, which took place in different regions, involved 1.4 thousand people over 18 years of age.
