More than 10 million people have already received electronic signature certificates from Gosklyuch
The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Digital Development of Russia) announced the launch of a new service within the framework of projects of the «State Services» family. Now you can confirm your identity in order to receive a certificate of an enhanced qualified electronic signature in person — at the MFC or branches of partner banks.
Apply for the «State Key» was only possible remotely — using a new international passport or confirmed biometrics.
Also in «Gosklyuch» You can issue a certificate for an unqualified electronic signature. It will be useful when activating a SIM card, signing an employment contract and other personnel documents, when buying a car and applying for compensation under compulsory motor liability insurance, as well as for receiving tax notices.
App «State Key» debuted in August 2021 and allows you to sign contracts online using an electronic signature. Currently, more than 10 million people have received electronic signature certificates from «Gosklyuch». To obtain an electronic signature certificate, you need a verified account on «Gosuslugi» and Russian phone number.
