Xiaomi has stopped working on the global version of HyperOS firmware for this model
Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro have been on sale for more than a month in China, where they are a hit. In a few months, we could expect the premiere of global models, but outside of China, if this line comes out, it will only be in the form of the basic Xiaomi 14 – Xiaomi 14 Pro will not be sold outside the Middle Kingdom.
This conclusion was made by the XiaomiUI resource based on an analysis of the software for Xiaomi 14 Pro: it turns out that the company is no longer working on a global version of the firmware for this model. The latest HyperOS internal beta for the Xiaomi 14 Pro is listed as 10/23/23, and it hasn't been updated for two months. This suggests that work on the software has stopped and, therefore, Xiaomi 14 Pro will remain exclusive to China.
