World of Warcraft has been on the market for many years and over time Blizzard has changed its attitude towards old content and edited it. Suddenly he's back thanks to WoW Classic
Blizzard continues to develop the World of Warcraft Classic direction. Slowly it came to the controversial addition Cataclysm, in the beta testing of which selected players were able to participate.
At noob-club they noticed an interesting discovery from the community – a kind of “stink of the old Blizzard” . While exploring World of Warcraft Cataclysm Classic, players noticed that the classic version of the game included a phrase that they no longer expected to hear inside the game itself.
We are talking about Garrosh’s statement about Sylvan , which (at least for now) Horde players will be able to hear during the Silver Forest questline:
«In the mission “The Leader is Coming!” then the leader of the Horde, Garrosh Hellscream, condemns Sylvanas Windrunner for using the plague, which, in his opinion, brings her closer to the hated Lich King, and in the conversation between these two characters the famous phrase “Watch your clever mouth, bitch!” (in localization: “Hold your tongue, you dead thing!”)“.
On noob-club they recall that in 2020 in the current World of Warcraft the line was unexpectedly changed, it lost “the daring word “bitch” that adds a special edge.” This change was made by lead story designer Steve Denuser, formally this decision was made after complaints from one of his subordinates, who went through the story with his young daughter and received such an unexpected surprise:
“At the same time Denuser stated that there will be no apology for this change and the removed word will never return to the game. It’s ironic that the phrase still returned, albeit in the classic version of the game, and Steve himself no longer works for the company.”
