Russian company from Novosibirsk AO «TsK» acquired Volkswagen Group Finanz LLC, which previously belonged to Volkswagen Financial Services AG, registered in Braunschweig (Lower Saxony).
Telegram channel No Limits reports that the Russian company JSC «TsK» factoring «daughter» Volkswagen — LLC «FVFU RUS». Both transfers of ownership were registered on January 25, 2024.
In June 2023, the former Volkswagen representative office in Russia was renamed AGR. The deal included Volkswagen's production facilities in Kaluga, the importer's infrastructure (distribution and after-sales business), as well as warehouse activities and financial services. It was reported that the Russian assets of the German company were sold for 125 million euros.
It is known that the enterprise will be restarted in mid-2024.
