Vivo will abandon Zeiss services and introduce its own brand for smartphone cameras – BlueImage

by alex

Collaboration with Zeiss began in 2020

The Vivo X100 Ultra will be the company's first smartphone to feature its own smartphone camera brand, BlueImage, as reported by Jiemian News.

Vivo's introduction of the BlueImage imaging brand will make the company the second after Huawei to do the same with the XMAGE brand in 2022.

Nothing is currently known about the features of BlueImage. Vivo registered the BlueImage trademark in November last year. The brand description mentions GPUs, optical lenses and sensors.

After BlueImage debuts on the X100 Ultra, the collaboration between Vivo and Zeiss, which began in December 2020, is expected to end.
