Amid massive layoffs across the gaming industry, Ubisoft hasn't laid off many workers yet, given the company's total headcount.

According to insider Tom Henderson, staff at various Ubisoft offices around the world have lost heart. Almost every employee expects to receive notice of being laid off any day now. a waste of enormous resources and time. Employees understand perfectly well that top managers and directors are not particularly worried about their own initiatives that turned out to be failures, because in order to reduce costs and compensate for losses, they will begin to fire ordinary employees.
