From May 1, 2024, transfers between your accounts of up to 30 million rubles per month become free, as announced by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
From May 1, 2024, according to the law, a citizen can transfer money online without commission between his accounts in different banks up to 30 million rubles per month. This can be done by account number through mobile applications, or in your personal account on the bank’s website, or by your phone number through the Fast Payment System (FPS).
