Toyota plans to produce 300 exclusive GR Yaris hatchbacks as part of the WRC Special Edition for the European market. This series celebrates Gazoo Racing's victory in last season's WRC and the overall success of the racing division.
The cars will be available in white or red colors. Behind the 18-inch wheels are brakes with perforated reinforced discs. The package includes a limited-slip differential and retuned suspension, but the specific details of the latter have not yet been revealed by Gazoo Racing.
The car will receive a 1.6-liter engine with 261 hp. and all-wheel drive. The charged version can accelerate to 100 km/h in just five and a half seconds.
The price of the model is 42.5 thousand euros, and orders will be accepted from November 27 to December 4. 300 people will be notified by email and will have two weeks to pay in advance. The cars will be available by summer 2024.
