Toyota introduced the new Toyota C-HR Plug-in Hybrid 220, equipped with the advanced modular Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform. This concept car is designed for daily driving and offers an electric range of up to 66 km.
Toyota C-HR Plug-in Hybrid 220 is equipped with Toyota's efficient fifth-generation hybrid system, which includes a 2.0-liter gasoline engine producing 152 hp. and an electric motor with 163 hp. on the front axle. The total power of the system is 223 hp, which allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.4 s.
The interior of the Toyota C-HR Plug-in Hybrid 220 is equipped with a state-of-the-art 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, head-up display, 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, panoramic roof and 64-color atmospheric lighting.
The car also stands out for its exterior design with wide pillars, shortened front overhang and 20-inch alloy wheels of the original design. The Toyota C-HR Plug-in Hybrid 220 features 17-inch brake calipers, custom brake rotors, an updated brake pedal and the latest vehicle stability control systems.
