Fiio unexpectedly brought the CP13 player to CES 2024. And this is a cassette player.
This is not some modern device with a cassette player design, this is exactly what it is. Moreover, the company directly says that its design — A tribute to the iconic Sony Walkman from 1979.
The new product looks technologically and laconic: large buttons, a volume control in the form of a knob on the side, a two-color design and a three-dimensional manufacturer’s logo. There are no special details, but on the side you can see a USB port, which probably indicates a built-in battery.
The device will be available in March for £130.
