No temperature tests yet
Many modern video cards are quite large or simply huge. This is especially true for older models. Because of this, assembling a PC in a compact case and with a very powerful video card is problematic. But in the vastness of Reddit there was an enthusiast who himself assembled a GeForce RTX 4070 Ti corresponding to the ITX form factor.
The author under the pseudonym TechTaxi came up with an adapter that is only 173 mm long, while many RTX 4070 Ti are about 300 mm long or more. In addition, the card takes up only two expansion slots.
This is still a prototype, and the author has not even conducted temperature tests yet. He himself notes that, given the size of the cooling system and the presence of only one fan, the adapter will probably require undervolting. Fortunately, RTX 40 cards respond perfectly to it.
