Capcom has found a reliable and relatively easy way to make money on nostalgia and now it is not going to give it up

Yasuhiro Anpo from Capcom, who participated in the development of Resident Evil: Revelations 2, as well as the remakes of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3, in a conversation with IGN reporters, said that Capcom will continue to release remakes of games from the famous horror series.

“We've done three remakes so far and they've all been very well received.”

Yasuhiro-san notes that he and everyone at Capcom are excited to give modern players a chance to experience older Resident Evil games.

Yasuhiro-san did not say which part of Resident Evil the company is going to update next.
