In 2024, only one Tu-214 will be delivered to airlines instead of the planned seven

Last year, a comprehensive program for the development of the aviation industry until 2030 was adopted, within the framework of which it was planned to produce 1081 domestic passenger airliners by 2030. Now the program has been adjusted: by 2030, 91 fewer aircraft will be produced, the production and certification dates for the aircraft have been postponed.

Thus, the postponement of certification of the import-substituted short-haul SSJ-New to 2025 has now been officially confirmed, and the first deliveries of this aircraft have been postponed to 2026. Moreover, by that time the name of the airliner may already be different.

Serial MS-21-310 will appear not in 2024, but in 2025. Deliveries of the Il-114, designed to replace the obsolete An-24 and An-26, have been postponed to 2026. This year, air carriers will receive three Il-114s, but from 2027 they will receive 12 aircraft annually.

New passenger Tu-214 will begin to be produced this year, but it will be only one airliner instead of seven, as previously planned. In 2025, four aircraft will be produced instead of ten. But the total production volume of Tu-214 was reduced by only one unit — up to 114 pieces.

As for the production volumes of the mainline SSJ-New and MS-21-310, they have not changed and still amount to 142 and 270 units, respectively.
