Today, March 21, at 16:21 Moscow time, the Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle was supposed to be launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome. with the manned spacecraft «Soyuz MS-25». The crew included Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky, space flight participant from the Republic of Belarus Marina Vasilevskaya and NASA astronaut Tracy Dyson. But literally 20 seconds before the start, the launch was automatically canceled. 

You can hear about the automatic cancellation in the live broadcast conducted by Roscosmos, but the state corporation has not yet provided any details about the reasons for canceling the rocket launch and further plans. From the NASA broadcast it follows that the engines of the Soyuz-2.1a rocket did not turn on at the required time.

The US space agency also said that the next launch attempt may not take place until Saturday, March 23.
