It will be shown at the Beijing Auto Show
The Hongqi E202 concept was unveiled at last year's Shanghai Auto Show, and the production version, now called the Hongqi EHS7, will be unveiled at this year's Beijing Auto Show. Photos and details have already appeared on the Internet.
EHS7 — the second car in the Hongqi New Energy series, following the EH7 sedan, and in many ways it can be considered a crossover version of that car. Both single-engine and dual-engine versions will be available to buyers. The rear-wheel drive version will receive an engine with a maximum power of 253 kW, while the all-wheel drive version will receive an additional front engine with a power of 202 kW. The batteries will have capacities of 75, 85 and 111 kWh. The maximum speed will be 200 km/h.
The overall dimensions are 4925 x 1950 x 1680 mm, respectively. The wheelbase is 3000 mm, the same as the EH7. The Hongqi EHS7 will feature an advanced chassis safety system and an 800V architecture that enables fast charging. Older versions will receive lidar.
The new product will receive a 6-inch LCD instrument panel and a 15.5-inch central control screen, as well as a projection screen with augmented reality. Presumably, the car's system uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip.
