Russian manufacturer of computer equipment «Graviton» began mass production of a new generation of solid-state drives. SSDs of M.2 2280 size with a PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe interface are suitable for use in PCs, monoblocks and Graviton laptops. The drives are compatible with all Russian operating systems.
The line includes models with capacities from 256 GB to 2 TB; they are included in the register of Russian industrial products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The read and write speeds of the drives are 2400 and 1700 MB/s, respectively, and the number of input/output operations per second (IOPs) — up to 295 thousand with random reading and up to 430 thousand — when recording randomly.
The company notes that the durability of the new drives is ensured by overheating protection technologies, as well as self-diagnosis and condition monitoring systems (SmartECC). Solid state drives «Graviton» are manufactured in Russia, the entire volume of products is intended for installation on the company’s own solutions.
