AGR Automotive Group has begun supplying seven-seat premium GAC M8 minivans to dealers. The new product, presented on the Russian market, is equipped with a 2-liter gasoline turbo engine with a capacity of 231 hp, an eight-speed Aisin automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.
The car received a body with dimensions of 5212 × 1893 × 1823 mm, it attracts attention with a two-section panoramic roof, a striking design with a huge radiator grille called «Waking the Lion» and stylish taillights. Thanks to the design of the front end, the car strongly resembles the Toyota Alphard.
The GAC M8's interior features second-row captain's chairs with individual touchscreen controls. Inside, there are comfort features such as a power ottoman, cup holders with cooling and heating functions, as well as ventilation, massage and heating. Additionally, USB-A and USB-C connectors are provided for charging gadgets.
The equipment includes a modern multimedia complex with a diagonal of 14.6 inches and a Yamaha sound system with 16 speakers around the perimeter of the cabin. In winter, M8 owners will benefit from factory heated seats and steering wheel.
GAC M8 will be one of three new products from the GAC brand in 2024. In addition to the M8, the GS3 and Trumpchi Emkoo crossovers will appear on the market.
