Sea of Thieves has come a long way and has arrived on PlayStation 5 with a ton of content. Players rushed to set off on a pirate adventure
The service game Sea of Thieves has been available on PC and Xbox consoles for many years. Rare studio gradually developed the project about the adventures of pirates, making improvements and adding new content. The project will soon be fully released on PlayStation 5.
Those who pre-order Sea of Thieves can get access to beta testing. It looks like there were a lot of people wanting to jump into the game as quickly as possible.
Sea of Thieves developers reported:
«Our team has been monitoring the closed beta on PlayStation 5 and has discovered an issue with matchmaking on the servers resulting in long wait times. The team is working to resolve this issue as best we can, but it may persist into the weekend“.
A full release of Sea of Thieves on PlayStation 5 is expected April 30. Rumor has it that the results of this release will allow Microsoft to determine whether it makes sense to continue releasing games on Sony's console.
