Previously it became known that Take-Two acquired Gearbox from Embracer Group for 460 million dollars.
“With a nearly 20-year history of working together, Gearbox has played an integral role in our success, given its unique ability to create amazing projects with charming characters, immersive worlds and hilarious stories” said 2K President David Ismailer.
