It was found in the IMEI database
After Samsung introduced Galaxy AI along with the new Galaxy S24 series, the sales of their smartphones increased significantly. The Galaxy S series remains Samsung's best-selling Android flagship lineup.
The company unveiled the Galaxy S24 series at the January Unpacked event earlier this year, and now Android Headlines has received confirmation that Samsung is officially developing the Galaxy S25 series. Flagship smartphone Galaxy S25 Ultra was found in the IMEI database.
Galaxy S25 Ultra appears in the database with model number SM-S938U. Its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, is numbered SM-S928U. Letter «U» means US model, but Galaxy S25 Ultra will also be available internationally.
Supposedly, the smartphone may be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip, and in some countries it may be equipped with an Exynos 2500 chipset.
Ice Universe reports that the Galaxy S25 series will include notable camera improvements. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a quad-camera setup that includes a 200MP main camera, an ultra-wide-angle camera, a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a super telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. The last three sensors will be 50-megapixel.
