The game will be released this year
Yesterday at the Summer Game Fest 2024 event, among other things, a new trailer for the upcoming game Kingdom Come Deliverance II from Czech developers Warhorse Studios was shown. The first part was often called the Czech Witcher.
The new trailer shows many small pieces of the future story of Jindřich (in the English translation the main character is called Henry). The events of the second part will unfold immediately after the end of the story of the first, which, we recall, takes place in medieval Bohemia. But in the new part, a big city will appear in the game — Kutna Hora.
The developers also recently said that on all current consoles the game will only run at 30 fps. On older consoles we are talking about a resolution of 1440p.
The script for the second part contains about 1.7 million words, while in the first part there were about 800,000. The number of hours of voice acting increased from 108 to 240. In addition, the developers published an official list of languages, and it became known that the game will still receive subtitles in Russian.
The game will be released this year, but the exact date has not yet been announced.
