Sales will begin in spring 2024

The Chery Tiggo 7 Pro crossover, popular in Russia, which is assembled at the Avtozavod St. Petersburg plant, will be released to the market under the XCITE brand.

The insider telegram channel “Autopotok” reports this: “Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, assembled in St. Petersburg, will enter the market under the name XCITE X-Cross 7.” The publication also provides the first photo of the crossover with the corresponding nameplates.

We previously reported that Avtozavod St. Petersburg officially introduced the XCITE brand, under which the company will produce new cars. Currently, several thousand cars have already been assembled.

It is reported that production was launched “in close cooperation with international partners.” Sales will start in spring 2024.
