Ubisoft Bordeaux is a small studio that created Assassin's Creed Mirage. The studio will probably continue to develop the series.
Ubisoft Bordeaux has hired Rick Godwin as the studio's lead writer. According to his latest Twitter post, he is working on the Assassin's Creed franchise, which hints at another game from the developer.
It was previously reported that about eleven Assassin's Creed games are in development at various studios of the corporation. Of these, Mirage and Nexus VR have already been released, that is, nine remain.
As for Ubisoft Bordeaux, the team could be entrusted with a project of a similar scale to Mirage.
Currently, the biggest game coming out in 2024 will be Assassin's Creed Red, set in Japan.
