The territory of the old AvtoVAZ test track is filled with new Lada Vesta cars, which is confirmed by the second insider in the last couple of days who has provided new parts.
As reported by «Autoflow» source working at the AvtoVAZ plant, the reason lies in airbags from the new supplier: «AvtoVAZ is waiting for certain certificates from the counterparty, until they receive them it cannot ship these cars to dealers».
The source noted that there are no stickers or markings on the parts of the new airbags — this was done to remove the supplier from the risk of secondary Western sanctions.
Earlier, Avtograd News reported that AvtoVAZ is actively producing Lada Vesta with airbags from a new supplier, but so far these cars have not been shipped to dealers.
