Elon Musk told about this

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said the company will invest billions in autonomous driving projects this year.

In response to users' questions about Tesla's self-driving technology (FSD) training process, he said that Tesla's total investment this year will exceed $10 billion.

«Achieving universal self-driving is incredibly difficult and requires everything we described above and more. This year alone, Tesla's combined investments in training computing, massive data pipelines and video storage will exceed $10 billion. But that's nothing compared to the $250 billion worth of cars on the road, powered by computers and artificial intelligence systems developed by Tesla and trained by their drivers», — written by Musk.

Last week, Elon Musk said that Tesla will introduce its robotaxi on August 8, but did not provide additional details.
