Survival Nightingale will get an offline mode. The ex-head of BioWare's new product has mixed reviews on Steam

Nightingale has joined the list of projects whose authors decided to tie everything online, but did not prepare the servers for this

The Inflexion Games team, led by ex-BioWare head Aarin Flynn, recently launched a new survival game, Nightingale. Quite quickly it received mixed reviews on Steam, while much of the negativity was not related to the quality of the game itself.

The fact is that Nightingale is tied to online. As often happens with similar projects in recent years, the servers could not withstand the influx of players and everything collapsed. Buyers simply couldn’t break into the new survival.

The authors of Nightingale quickly responded: they admitted a mistake (postponing the offline mode) and confirmed that they were starting to develop an offline game mode, which they plan to release “as soon as possible.”
