Smartphones and tablets based on the domestic OS Aurora 5.1 with RuStore are available for order

A range of devices from different manufacturers will become available

Company «Open Mobile Platform» announced that from May 27, 2024, devices from various domestic manufacturers using the Aurora operating system fifth generation with the RuStore application store pre-installed on them go on sale.

Aurora OS has been developed since 2016 by the Russian company «Open Mobile Platform». At the annual conference CIPR-2024, a number of devices with the fifth version of «Aurora» from different manufacturers. In the near future, OMP plans to transfer all its customers to the new generation of OS «Aurora» 5, expand the application catalog on «Aurora» in the official RuStore application store. 

Key features of «Aurora» fifth generation:

• New graphical interface for both smartphones and tablets
• Developed platform for integration with national IT products, such as the national application store RuStore;
• Developed tools and SDK for the implementation of a new generation of «native» ecosystem applications;
• New security mechanisms to ensure application trust;
