Cameras will become even more expensive
Samsung is reportedly working on a new image sensor with integrated artificial intelligence.
To do this, the sensor needs to be equipped with its own microprocessor and its own memory, but we have already seen such solutions from Sony.
Samsung recently announced Zoom Anyplace technology, which is powered by AI. Perhaps the company wants the technology to work autonomously directly on the camera sensor, without using the main SoC.
When such sensors will appear on the market is still unclear, but we can safely assume that Samsung will equip its next flagship smartphone Galaxy S Ultra with such a sensor. Perhaps already in the S25 line.
