A new version of the Samsung Try Galaxy app has been released
Samsung has updated the Try Galaxy app to allow users to enjoy Galaxy AI features even if they don't have a Galaxy phone. The list includes features such as Live Translate, which translates conversations in real time, Chat Assist, which helps users change the tone of their messages, and Note Assist, which automatically generates a summary of notes.
Try Galaxy was previously only available on iOS and was aimed at encouraging iPhone users to switch to Android. The app is now available for both Android and iOS, allowing users to try out the Galaxy S24 series and One UI 6.1 features before purchasing a new phone.
Try Galaxy mimics the look and feel of the Galaxy S24 home screen and includes tutorials and interactive content to help users learn how to use new features. There are also widgets breaking down Google's main AI features.
Live Translate allows users to communicate in different languages by translating phone calls and text in real time. Note Assist helps users organize their notes by automatically creating summaries and formatting text. Chat Assist helps users improve the tone of their messages, making them more professional or casual depending on the situation. Photo Assist provides photo editing tools such as removing objects, resizing images, and erasing reflections. Circle to Search with Google allows users to search for something on the screen by drawing a circle around it.
In addition to AI features, the app also showcases the Galaxy S24 series' advanced camera tools, including Nightography Zoom for clear nighttime photos, Super Steady for recording videos of moving objects, and Portrait Mode for stunning portraits and selfies. Users can also explore new Galaxy themes and artistic wallpapers, and learn about features such as multi-device connectivity, file sharing, and health tracking.
Try Galaxy is available in 20 languages. It can be accessed by visiting trygalaxy.com or scanning the QR code.
